Prices
There are no hidden charges or fees when it comes to our prices. We are transparent with all our costs/prices. It's simple. For all standard plumbing and heating jobs, Trustworth provides a standard flat rate of just £75 per hour. This rate is available from *8 am and 5.30 pm (Monday - Friday). Our prices are outstanding!
Our standard weekend rates (Saturday and Sunday) are slightly more expensive. Including any work, we conduct outside of *normal working hours.
We have to quote particular jobs when we arrive at your home; as that is the only way to establish the right price. There could be extensive work required. It's possible there are faults to your plumbing and heating, only a thorough check can find. This applies to emergency callouts as well. We can only understandably speculate a price in those cases before arriving. This is because we have not seen what is fully required, first hand. So if it's a simple standard plumbing and heating task; the price is only £75 per hour. No extra charges. We price emergency, out-of-hours and extensive work, slightly more expensive. However, only after we first carry out an assessment.

Customer Safety
We carry out all work to the highest safety standards possible. Your safety is our number one priority. Our team of plumbers and engineers are fully qualified. We can legally provide gas appliance installation services, as well as boiler services. If you think there is a gas leak at your property - call us immediately. Open all relevant doors and windows. Under no circumstance turn the suspected appliance back on. We also fit carbon monoxide detectors in your home. Remember - safety first.
